FORBREDELSE FOR 2010 SESONG ER IGANG!!!
Vi begynner nå med forbredelser til neste sesong for å slå kraftig tilbake i 2010. Vinter trening er igang på Eikhallen kl2030-2200 hver Onsdag. Sesongen begynner med Vahall 7's i februar, så vi har 4\5 måneder å komme oss i form. Vi har stort behov for nye spillere, og ny begynnere er sterk oppfordrert til å prøve hvis de er interessert!..har du lyst å spille en sport som er en av de raskeste voksende idretter i verden, nettopp tatt inn som OL gren i 2016 i Rio, som kombinere, stryke, hurtighet og lag samarbeid, er rugby noe for deg.

UPCOMMING TRAINING
Saturday 04th August at kl1400 there will be training for the national sevens, but all are welcome to come along, the pitch has not been decided yet. On Saturday the 18th of August, kl1500, ECB will be getting together for a training season to prepare for the Stavanger game on the 01th September, we expect all players who wish to play to turn up to the training.

JULEBORD 2006
Our julebord will be held inTønsberg, Esmerelda restaurant on Saturday the 9th of December, kl19.00. The meal(ribbe, etc) will cost 218kr, TRK Special price for the meal, desert, 1 beer, 1 aquavit =314kr.
