03.07.07 RUGBY PLAYERS ARE AS TOUGH AS NAILS:-) Last saturday we had our first beach rugby game, not even a couple of rusty nails could stop us... thanks to everyone who came. (on a side note i am working on getting sponsorship from a watch company, they have promised to provide th entire team with watches, which work..). It was a good days rugby despite the sun waiting til the last minute to appear. Just as important an occasion was our chance to say fairwell and good luck to Will and his family who are moving to a sunnier patch, Grand Cayman on the Cayman islands to be exact. Thanks Will from everyone in the club, who are we going to look to now for witty comments when we are all knackered at half time...? Everyone had a good time and it is on the calender again, hopefully with even more players next time. thanks to Jose for taking the innitiative to organise the event. see the pics her

21.06.07 BEACH RUGBY!! _ SATURDAY 30th JUNE The club will be playing a beach rugby at Ringshaug Beach in tønsberg saturday 30th of june.. see map here. Kick off is at kl13. there will be a BBQ during the games so bring some food and drink and a bit of latin flavour for some fun at the beach. This is a family friendly event folks so bring all those babies we have been hearing about;-) wives and better halve are especially welcome. we will be inviting anyone who is interesed from Ås\ Oslo \glommen, who knows they might even come and make a serious competion out of it. The rules of five a side beach rugby will apply.

The club will be doing Dugnad at Tønsberg Messen this year to raise badly need funds, check here for the different shifts. If each Member puts in a bit of effort and does at least one shift then we should do ok. We will try and get the "vakt" work if possible. Big thanks to everyone who turned up to the julebord, it was a good night, with plenty to eat and drink. It was a suprisingly respectable affair and everyone was on their best behaviour..Prizes were as follows:

JULEBORD 2006
Our julebord will be held in Tønsberg, Esmerelda restaurant on Saturday the 9th of December, kl19.00. The meal(ribbe, etc) will cost 218kr. TRK Special price for the meal, desert, 1 beer, 1 aquavit =314kr. Contact neil mbl.91836662 if you want to be added to the list.
