Grand Final Oslo 11 - Bergen 14
Bergen sealed a tight match that saw the lead change hands several times when Francis Hunt scored a try from wide out. This gave Bergen the National title after coming in second for the last 2 years.

Oslo 14 - BSI 8
The supporters game that was played nice and early on Saturday saw Oslo slog out a win on a wet pitch against BSI. By all reports (so far) the game was played in good spirit which will no doubt be a good warm up for the upcoming final in Oslo. By the way, Ben lost his shorts and socks in the dressing-room at Fana Stadium...if someone found it, please bring him to training tomorrow. If the pitch is closed in Ekeberg, there will be training at Frogner Parken...Stay tuned!

Norway 9 - Andorra 23
Norway manage to tighten the scoreline against Andorra with the return match in Bergen. The wet weather played a big part in a match that was plagued with dropped balls and tight play. Stay tuned for the actual match report.

Norway vs Armenia
Norway lost 36-6 to an Armenian team that was really a french side. Brunsie started as loosehead and captain of the forwards! and Tim got the last 15 minutes as hooker. The boys will be playing Finland, who lost to Israel, on saturday. However an improvement from last years tournament in Ibiza was clear for the Norway team.

Oslo beat Bergen in Bergen to put Oslo clearly out in front in the competition table. A penalty (Nico) in the first half and 2 second half tries(2xGio) clinch the early season win for the Oslo Boys. More details to come ....

The norwegian 7’s team had a training camp in Copenhagen the 24th-25th. Two ORK players were present, Alex Mbala and Øyvind Larsen. Øyvind was selected to go with the team to play the Sopot 7’s in Polen the 8th-9th of May.

A former Oslo RK player, Andy Bennett, played for East Midlands against the Barbarians. Unfortenatly they lost 104-10, but Andy’s opposite man, Kenny Logan, scored no tries.

6 Nations Lottery
Thanks to those who sold lottery tickets at the weekend to raise money for the club. We sold all the tickets and made about 1500kr for the club. The prizes were a polo shirt and supporters shirt which will be available to buy at training on Tuesday which is still indoors up at Midtstuenskole.

The game started with a rare intensity and a very aggressive New Zealand side. New Zealand kept England in their 22 with a few kicks over the defence.

After only 7 minutes New Zealand created the first occasion to score with a missed penalty kick. Constantly under pressure, England showed difficulty in handling the balls and gave the ball back too often due to stupid mistake.
